Committees
The Third North American Sea Duck Conference will be hosted by Environment Canada (Canadian Wildlife Service and Science & Technology, Québec Region) and the Regroupement QuébecOiseaux, in partnership with several other agencies.
The non-profit organization Regroupement QuébecOiseaux (which represents birdwatcher societies and individuals interested in bird conservation) will contribute to the conference management by administering its budget and being responsible for the registration of delegates.
